Basically the nail in the coffin for Argos Stores . Bought from store as it was 10 mins away . Opened and realised it was on the wrong OS . Unfortunately Sims 4 is not compatible with this laptop we're afraid, Kelly. This is due to the game not being available for ChromeOS or via Play Store as an app. You can play Sims Mobile and Sims FreePlay which is available via the Play Store. Hope this helps!

MS Excel and MS Word are not included.
This is a Chrome OS machine, running some Android Apps, MS ones are available. Or, Google Sheets and Google Docs will enable you to create spreadsheets and documents. They both run in the cloud and so your files will also be in the cloud whilst you are editing them - the apps warn you before doing so. Multiple save-as formats are available. You can down load local copies afterwards, and remove the cloud version if you wish.

We can confirm that the Galaxy Chromebook Go does not have a ethernet port. The ports available are 1 USB Type-C, 1 USB3.2, MicroSD Multi-media Card Reader and 1 Headphone out/Mic-in Combo. Hope this helps!
