Bosch Micro wave oven
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A built in Bosch microwave came as a part of my new Wren Kitchen. I have generally been delighted with it once I mastered how to use it. The only very slight issue is that I have to constantly wipe it because it is opened on finger touch and this leaves a messy screen.

Fitting a rip-off.
The replacement microwave I bought took 15 minutes to fit as it was a straight swap. Out in less than a minute and 2 mins to slide in the new one. The rest of the time was taken up by asking them to read the instructions which, of course, they felt too smart to have done in the first place! So I paid £100 for a five minute job which equates to £1200/hour If you exclude 10 mins infuriating education time. Outstanding big UK rip-off I feel but this seems to be happening everywhere in one form or another. The product itself works as per manual but the frontage is soon a mess of annoying fingerprints as no remote control is fitted. 4-stars for the appliance, 1 star for the fitting.

Looks good but too expensive
We bought this to replace the same one that broke. It had been good but the door broke just after 5 years. We were restricted to a like for like replacement because the dimensions of this are somewhat unique and other similar products would not fit the space. This meant paying more than double the cost of other brands. This left us with a 'bitter taste' about the new one.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Bosch BFL523MB0B 800W Built In Microwave - Black: Yes, this is correct. The 3-pin plug goes into a socket and the wiring is connected on the inside of the microwave oven.
