About this product
Kids will love this fantastic Plum Gibbon wooden swing set! Ideal for outdoor play and features double swings, soft feel climbing rope and cargo rope ladder. This swingset uses soft feel ropes and heavy duty blow moulded seats for extra durability.
The natural qualities of the timber will blend into any garden design whether modern or traditional.
The round pole premium timber is pressure treated and ensures the swingset is extremely strong. The top bar is 100mm in diameter and the legs are 80mm in diameter making the frame highly robust.
Metal swing attachments encircle the pole so no drilling is required, maintaining the strength and integrity of the timber. The sturdy frame also has wooden cross braces giving the garden swing set extra stability.
Parents can therefore have peace of mind that their children are riding a high quality swing set, with safety standards at the centre of its design. Not suitable for children under 36 months - fall hazard.

Poor after sales sevice
I purchased this item over a month ago.I had it home delivered as it was a present for our granddaughter. There was a part missing. On calling customer support the operators we polite and professional. However after nearly 4 weeks of trying a replacement part/item has still no arrived.

Our kids (ages 6 & 3) love this product. Nice to have something that can handle a heavier weight as they grow up. It took more time to assemble than expected however was still done within a day. Feels sturdy and blends in nicely to the nearby trees and grass. We receive a lot of compliments from visitors about how nice it looks.

I bought this for our nursery children who had been fund raising. When it arrived there where very large splits in the wooden frame, yes I do know wood splits but these are large. I have contacted Plum who said they would replace one. I have replied and heard nothing!

Good rustic swing set
When this arrived I was surprised at the cracks/splits in the wood but on further correspondence with the company and a bit of research I was able to satisfy myself that it was quite normal and would still meet the required standards for safety. They also sent me a replacement log to put me at ease. The delivery was very good and I would purchase it again. It was also easy to follow the instructions to build it.

For our nest swing to fit safely, both swings would need be removed and then it can be fitted via carabiner clips

The maximum user weight is 50Kg per person. To secure the set it will need cement blocks under the poles.

Having looked into query, I can confirm that the top cross beam is separate from the packaging and is 330cm long. The four legs and braces are strapped together measuring 220cm long and the packaging for swings and accessories is L103cm, W32cm and H25cm. The total weight of this product is 81kg.
