I bought this about 3 weeks ago and am very disappointed that you cannot change the ringer tone on the base set. Also the lead from the base set to the router needs to be longer

I can advise that you can allocate different call tones (ringers) to different callers on the Panasonic KX-TGF320 by assigning those callers to a specific group and then setting a unique ringtone for that group. The phone has a limited number of groups (typically 9) you can use for this feature.

Tannoy manufactured all sorts of things, but the word usually describes a system that allows someone in a central office to broadcast their voice over several loudspeakers installed throughout e.g. a school, hospital, factory, office complex or other large work premises. With only two units, I cant see how this product could do that.
