Good little chopper for small light chopping
This was a good value little chopper for small capacity light chopping. I use it mainly for chopping garlic, tomatoes and walnuts for salads and meals etc to speed preparations. Easy to use and clean and just the right size for one or two people. One flaw I found was I put in some almonds broken into halves and found when cleaning, the blade had bent so be mindful the blade itself is not that strong but otherwise fine for chopping softer veg, fruit and nuts but not hard foods like raw carrots, almonds or Brazil nuts

The mini chopper is designed to finely chop herbs and spices. Unlike a pestle and mortar, which crushes ingredients, the chopper uses a cutting action, so the results will differ.

Hi stuart1973,
The Cookworks CH1117BN Mini Chopper is suitable for chopping herbs, nuts, and other small food items. For chopping meat finely, it can handle small quantities of boneless, soft meat (like chicken or beef) reasonably well, especially if the meat is cut into smaller chunks first.
If you're planning to use it regularly for meat, especially in larger quantities or for very fine textures a more powerful appliance might be a better.
Thank you for using Q&A
