Ninja soup maker
Bought the ninja soup maker a week ago, and am impressed with it, great that I don't have to stand at the stove keeping an eye on it!! Like the glass jug, so you can see it cooking and being chopped up. The only down side it's a little heavy when picking up and pouring. Argos was cheaper than the Ninja store!

A Swiss Army knife of a kitchen gadget
This is literally a must have gadget. In the three weeks we’ve had it, we have ripped through endless soups, morning smoothies, fruit milkshakes, and home-made jam. The soups that are smooth come out like Velvet. A carrot soup that genuinely would stand a test of a restaurant review in 30 minutes. Chicken noodle soup to warm you up fill you up. No vegetable is safe in our house these days. As for the jam, it’s genuinely incredible, having made jam from scratch in the past to be able to have a 30 minute product cooling on the worktop. No preservatives no numbers no additives just fruit and the inevitable sugar. Breakfast for my 12-year-old boy are now stuffed with goodness and yet still feel naughty enough that he is satisfied, we aren’t hoodwinking him into eating healthy. The clean function makes this unbelievably easy to bang together and put away. I should also mention the velvet smooth peanut butter. We’ve been making peanut butter from scratch for awhile using an alternative blender. It’s not an easy job peanuts don’t like being blended. The ninja makes easy work of this in a fraction of the time. Overall, I cannot recommend this enough.

Yes, the jug on this unit is made of glass with a 1.4L hot capacity and a 1.7L cold capacity, which also includes a non-stick coating to make washing up easy.
For hand washing the lid, we suggest using soapy water and the provided Cleaning Brush for a thorough clean. Alternatively, the lid can be placed in the dishwasher.
