Thought it would be good
Got to say I'm disappointed in this is really thought it would've been better than it is i have loads of ninjas so was excited when I got this had since end of Oct and the frustration 🫤 it makes perfect toast but then when I put another 2 slice of bread in straight after the first 2 it doesn't really seem to toast them , and then I need to try putting in longer still not great toast from doing that and really long to make panini 10 mins for 1 and the cheese doesn't seem to melt great ive had much cheaper machines and they have been so much better making roasting cheese ye okie if you use warburtons toastie bread then 1 end seems to burn because its closer to the back so I will just use my oven grill then at least 4 slices done and cooked evenly sorry ninja unless mines is faulty I'm not impressed unfortunately I convinced my mother-in-law to buy 1 at time of purchase too and its an okie for toast for her but she lives alone so maybe for a 1 person house it could possibly be a okie but for me and my hubby its a big fat noooo its rubbish ....

Failed in under a year
Bought in February 2025 and by December the toaster is as good as useless. When the bread is pushed down in the toaster it just pops up immediately without engaging. Power off and on, and then it engages but just pops back up after a few seconds. Everything is clean so not looks like an electronics issue. Extremely poor and frustrating.

Not for me, its being returned
Only toasts 1 side, that took 4 mins. It was on the right setting, shade 6, the one side didnt even warm up or glow red

Best toaster ever
I bought this appliance two weeks ago and I was slightly concerned as it seemed to have a few more negative reviews than other ninja products. However, I have now made paninis, and toasted bagels, hot cross buns and thick bread, all of which were cooked better than any other toaster I have ever used. I agree with other positive reviewers, in that, maybe people should read instructions before complaining. Brilliant product to go alongside all my other Ninjas

Yes it toasts both sides nice and even you have to make sure the bagel button is on off
