Defiance Distillery's Gin Academy gives you the chance to learn the art of creating your own unique bottle of gin. This gin-tastic experience begins with a refreshing gin and tonic on arrival. Then, you can enjoy a behind-the-scenes peek of their distillery to learn the art and science behind the distillation of their award-winning spirits. You'll be served up a delicious gin cocktail whilst you get the chance to mix up and distil your own 500ml bottle of gin, under the guidance of the master distiller.

- All that mixing is thirsty work, so you'll be treated to a final gin and tonic and a delicious platter of cold meats, cheese and olives.
- Please note, although this experience is for two people, one person will get involved with the creative gin-making process, while the second person will accompany them as a guest, watching and joining in with the experience and enjoying drinks and snacks.
