speedy delivery. The QR code link on the box to the set up video is no longer valid so had to search the website for it. The only tricky part was getting the cover off to put the batteries in and that wasn't on the video anyway!! The rest was very easy to set up, various options for watering times and worked well. Don't forget to put the stopper in the ends of the tubes when you are done

Useful product but complicated to put together

Useful product but difficult to follow set up instructions. I read a number of times but just looks so complicated to attach numerous plant pots to the system all at once, I will try again at a later date. I’ve used just for one hanging basket and works well keeping the soil moist in hot weather and is a great idea for when you are on holiday and worried the plants will dry out.

Very clever kit!

Ideal for a small garden like mine & setting up the system is easy using the video instructions accessed via a QR code. Solar powered so all you need is a sunny spot, and there’s no requirement for a tap as the water feeds from a bucket / container (not provided).

Neat, but expensive.

The Gardena solar automatic watering system is very neat. The directions were pictorial, but quite easy to follow and there is also a QR code to follow a video of the installation. It comes with 20 metres of hose and lots of joiners and drippers and a programmable solar powered control. The water comes from a bucket or container which is not supplied with the kit, It does state it could water up to 20 pots, but I found the hose was way too short to reach all my 6 pots and 2 hanging baskets. It will possibly be ok for a very small garden or patio. It is possible to buy extra hose if necessary, however I think the kit itself is rather expensive for what it does.
