Easy to use!
Great machine, you can easily adjust your own speed settings and has 5 already set up. Good size and weight. Includes a remote control with batteries included which is very handy.

Great product. cheaper price from my previous machine and more light weight to move about or transport. Only thing missing is it doesn't count the calories lost like my previous machine but not a big deal. As usual totally hassle free ordering from Argos. Great service.

It Works!
I bought this as I was beginning to stiffen up a bit after a long walk. It has certainly helped a lot along with some stretching exercises. It has made a difference even after the first week, using it for 10 to 15 minutes a day. Strong sturdy construction, simple to use and doesn't take up a lot of space. I am very glad that I bought this vibration plate and the price was quite reasonable too.

For vertical vibration/oscillation, the end consumer would need to look at item 4526463 Bodi-Tek 4D Exercise Vibration Plate which has both horizontal & vertical vibration/oscillation.
