Good but fiddly
Weirdly, this was slightly more fiddly to attach than I was expecting. There is not much to it, and it should be quite simple, but we had to play around with it to get the position correct and make sure that everything was secure. If you don’t have it on properly, then the console does wobble around a bit which we did not want to happen. It is great for holding the console vertical and does make a bit of a feature of it – it looks great stood up.

Does a great job
Ideal for saving space as the PS5 pro console is quite large. Easy to fit and sturdy once fitted. Nice chromed finish, so looks pretty good too.

I purchased this because I didn't have any room to place my PS5 Pro horizontally. It's a good stand and all, but I dislike that Sony decided to sell the Slim and Pro stand as a separate item.

Hi, I can confirm this 100 fits an original ps5. I have a disc version from day 1 release and it fits perfectly, it comes with an adapter that you need to use.
The Vertical Stand is compatible with both the PS5 CFI-1000 model group and PS5 CFI-2000 model group.
The PS5 CFI-1000 model group includes the original PlayStation 5 disc and digital edition consoles.
Whereas, the PS5 CFI-2000 model group includes the most recent slim PlayStation 5 disc and digital edition consoles.
