Bought this a month ago and I don't like it at all, it is easy to store etc and it does exactly what I wanted it to do BUT the actual seat design is shocking, I've put my 11 month old grandson in it twice now and he ends up slumbed backwards so I have had to try and put a towel or something behind his back to stop him leaning back whilst feeding him ..he is crawling and almost walking so its not that he can't sit supported.

Shoulder straps: approx. 32 cm (from the harness slot to the buckle)
Waist straps: approx. 28 cm (from the seat edge to the buckle)
Crotch strap: approx. 22 cm (from seat base to buckle)
All measurements are approximate and taken at full extension for reference.

For anyone else reading this question - your baby should be able to sit up without support before using a highchair. A highchair is for ease of feeding and an age when babies begin to feed on solids.
