I bought this for my grandson it is a nice a sturdy high chair with plenty of room for him. I like the food tray as you can take it on and off and is easy to clean. The only downside is the foot rest as it can by knocked off when he is sitting in the chair.

Shoulder straps: approx. 32 cm (from the harness slot to the buckle)
Waist straps: approx. 28 cm (from the seat edge to the buckle)
Crotch strap: approx. 22 cm (from seat base to buckle)

For anyone else reading this question - your baby should be able to sit up without support before using a highchair. A highchair is for ease of feeding and an age when babies begin to feed on solids.
