About this product
The Brother DCP-L3520CDWE EcoPro Ready is a quiet, capable colour printer for offices handling regular workloads. It prints, scans and copies in one LED machine at 18ppm for colour and mono, delivering fast full-colour reports or black text. The 250-sheet tray reduces refills, and automatic two-sided printing cuts paper use while keeping documents professional. Wireless and USB-enabled, it prints from PC, Mac, smartphone or tablet via Brother Mobile Connect, Apple AirPrint, or Google Cloud Print.
The flatbed scanner handles A4 documents with 1200 x 1200dpi optical resolution, delivering clear, sharp scans for archiving or sharing. It uses 4 toner cartridges (TN248BK, C, M, Y or XL versions), and with Brother's EcoPro subscription, fresh toner is automatically ordered and delivered when running low, ensuring you're not left without toner mid-job. The printer is solid but manageable for a colour laser, and setup is straightforward with Windows and Mac. It includes in-box toners, drum, belt, waste toner units, power cord, and documentation to get you started.

Very good printer
This new Brother printer is excellent especially in the way everything connects to all devices. In this respect my previous HP printer was bad. However, the HP did give a much clearer picture quality. If my Brother printer could achieve the same print quality as the HP i would have scored it 6 stars out of 5.

So far so good! Easy setup and easy to use as the scanning option is used quite a lot. Moved over to Brother printers recently and won't be buying any others!

Easy to setup and use via AirPrint from a Mac.
Being primarily used with an Apple M4 Mac Mini using AirPrint. Note the +/- keys are the Up/Down keys. Easy to setup: Press Wi-Fi button, WLAN(Wi-Fi) (I think), uses +/- keys to find Network, press OK, use +/- keys to enter each character in password, 1 at a time, when correct press OK, then one final OK. On Mac select System Settings/Printers & Scanners/Add Printer, Scanner & Fax..., entering Admin pswd as required. Besides doing photocopies with printer's Mono & Colour buttons, use Preview to scan in pages, and print dialogs have an option to suppress colour printing. For general use, you may wish to set its Toner Save mode to On. Very pleased so far. No Brother software installed or used.

Brother printer
Bought as a replacement for an old but reliable printer that couldn't get refills for anymore. This seems reasonably good quality, easy to use, basically does all you need a colour printer/scanner to do. Too soon to comment on running costs or reliability yet.

Great printer
Very happy with this printer. Easy to set up on WiFi and printed straight from my IPad via air print. Downloaded the Brother mobile connect app, which updated the firmware. Using the app, I was able to scan and save to my IPad. I have upgraded from an old ink jet printer and it’s nice to the paper stored in a draw and it sits neatly on the side. Duplex printing is a plus and can be switched on or off before printing. Very impressed with this printer and the printed pages look good.

Great printer
The brother 3 in 1 colour led printer is great, not too big either. It has duplex printing which you can switch on or off before you print. Quick and quiet printing, easy to set up with WiFi. Printed straight from set up using air print, downloaded the Brother mobile connect app which updated the firmware, then using the app, done a scan and saved to my iPad. Full marks to Argos as well, great price and very easy to order online and pick up from store.

Not plug and play
It was frustrating that l could not use this printer out of the box. There is no USB cable included and l had no spare at home. Thus needed to connect over wi-fi which to two goes to achieve. This was with Windows 11. Needed technical support from Brother (which was excellent) to correct one issue with the printing, Now everything is good 👍

Yes it does, but be warned it only does double sided on A4, its manual double sided for any other size

Yes it dose best printer I have bought . I did by a cheap Epsom printer 10 months ago it’s in the bin the brother printer is the best you can buy I have had three over the years this one you can print from anywhere over the internet

“ This is only supported on Windows 10 (^4/32bit) systems from a consumers point of view. If using Windows servers, this can be installed on Server 2012 and higher. ”
