Replacement laptop
We bought this to replace the 10 year old family laptop which had died suddenly. With everyone using their phones for things we used to use the laptop for, I decided that all we needed this device for was sending and reading serious emails, checking your bank (I won't do that on my phone), and using the internet. So, we thought, why pay more than we need to for features and capacity we don't need. This small laptop works well (once set up) and does evrrything we need it to. The screen is good, the touch pad works okay once you are familiar with it, it starts quickly, it has several usb and other sockets which is sufficient. My only slight criticism is that its "very microsoft", which is fair enough, but I don't appreciate the mixture of news and topics it keeps pushing at me. Still, you don't have to click on them, do you? Very good value little device, well pleased.

I have had the laptop around a month, and I have noticed it is a bit slow sometimes and the copilot app doesn't seem to work any more.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for HP Stream 14s-dq0034na 14in Celeron 4GB 128GB Laptop - Black.
I assume the question relates to the 1 year subscription of Microsoft 365. To activate – open any of the Microsoft programs (word, excel, powerpoint etc). There should be a pop up activation screen. Sign in using your Microsoft account (or create one if you don’t have one). The activation will take you online to complete the activation.
If the pop up doesn’t appear – try going to FILE – ACCOUNT and clicking on activation options within.
