I bought the laptop to complete a diploma for work. Very slow, takes a long time to load. Freezes constantly. Very poor battery life. Has to be plugged in at all times

Insufficient out of the box RAM, easy enough to open and increase RAM once I found out how to do it. Failed a BIOS update which I eventually manage to recover from without the use of an external USB drive. Does the job so far.

I assume the question relates to the 1 year subscription of Microsoft 365. To activate – open any of the Microsoft programs (word, excel, powerpoint etc). There should be a pop up activation screen. Sign in using your Microsoft account (or create one if you don’t have one). The activation will take you online to complete the activation.
If the pop up doesn’t appear – try going to FILE – ACCOUNT and clicking on activation options within.
