Great features
An easy to use dictation machine as being of an older age I wanted something that I could use easily and this fits the bill the instructions in the book they supplied was rubbish I couldn’t even find how to turn it on but if you go on their website it tells you everything you need to know

Easy to use and compact
Really happy that I bought this, it is compact and lightweight so easy to carry around and it is really easy to use. Perfect if your memory isn't as good as it used to be!

Dictation machine too small to use.
Bought this devise thinking it would suit my purpose but unfortunately it was too small to use and the text on the screen was too small to be able to see properly. I was disappointed not to be able to use this devise and returned it to the store next day for a full refund.

Super handy and easy to use
I bought this dictation machine in order to record interviews as my own phone was running low on storage and I thought it might be handy, particularly for transcribing the interviews. It couldn't have been easier to use and did the job perfectly. I should have bought one sooner to use for recording lectures.

Hello James.
The Philips DVT2015 includes a voucher for 15 hours of transcription using the Sembly Speech-to-Text Cloud Software. After this limit, continued use of the transcription service requires a paid subscription.
However, the device itself functions fully as a standalone voice recorder. You can still record, save, and transfer audio files without using the transcription feature.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Philips DVT2015 8GB Dictation Machine: The software supplied is a third party application, they can simply upload their audio file’s and Sebly will create the transcript for them.
They have different plans available from a single free account to paid versions
