Not impressed, first machine lasted a day!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needs a user manual with delivery. First machine did not work, would not pump water out - replacement seems to be ok. Instead of having apps, just the make sure the basics are ok. I bought this machine because of the extended warranty option - I hope I don't have to use it.

I love this washing machine. It is very efficient and the capacity is fantastic. It's very quiet although you do need to balance it out by adjusting the legs. Lovely design and easy to clean

Nice quiet machine
A nice machine with plenty of cycles . Clothes washed efficiently on different cycles. Only negative is the instruction booklet that was not really helpful. I had to spend time finding the manual online.

It took very long time to know how to operate all other buttons without phone app. The instruction booklet didn't come with the machine which is certainly weird! Don't like the rubber ring around the metal circle next to the machine-door, always leaves dirt and damp stuck within the inner rubber layer. Each time the drawer should be taken out to get dry, also to dry its inside compartment otherwise it gets mildew grown within time.

Great washing machine
The washing machine is fantastic, massive upgrade from my 12 year old washing machine, it weighs the drum and helps you decided what wash works and the time for the wash to complete. Its spin is so quiet and the whole washing experience has been great.

We’ve had this a few weeks, and granted our old washer was very old, but this is night and day difference. It’s significantly quieter, much faster and stuff comes out considerably drier, and not noticeably more creased. Obviously, no idea how it’ll do over the long run yet, but so far; very impressed.
