Ecobubble technology creates a foam cushion that cleans effectively without hot water, while Smart Control remembers your laundry habits and suggests favourite cycles via the LED display. Wi-Fi connectivity through the SmartThings app lets you schedule washes remotely, and the 15-minute quick wash handles lightly soiled items fast. The machine has 15 programmes including pre-wash, variable temperature and spin settings, plus a 24-hour delayed start. Good machine and easy to use.
Had the washing machine a couple of weeks ago. Still early days but so far so good. What I like with this model is that the washing cycles are clear and easy to understand. The delivery itself was great, they kept us informed of the delivery time and installed our new machine and took the old one away. Overall a great service.

Not as straightforward as my old machine.
Machine is great, lovely and quiet. HOWEVER the instructions are somewhat lacking. I tried a few different programmes, including the "eco 40 - 60" but couldn't reduce the washing time below 3 hours! I managed to download the control app to my phone, there is a section for "laundry recipe" which lets you tell the machine what you are washing & it suggests the best programme - cycle (eg 40 - 60), temp, rinses (up to 5 can be set) and spin level (Rinse, hold, no spin. Drain, no spin. Levels 1 - 5, 400, 800,1000,1200, 1400) . It also gives a couple of options and shows the runtime for each. This can then be sent to the machine. The machine also stores these as "downloaded" to use without the app. Once finished, a message is sent to compatible devices on your network - I get an alert on my phone and on my telly!
