The Samsung WW80CGC04DAE is an 8kg washing machine designed to clean cottons, synthetics, delicates, wool and mixed fabrics with intelligent AI technology that adapts every wash. Ecobubble technology dissolves detergent into water and injects air to create a rich foam that cleans effectively without needing as much hot water, while the 1400rpm spin removes moisture efficiently. This corded washing machine features an A energy rating and includes 15 programmes such as a 15 minute quick wash for faster laundry days.
Smart Control remembers your laundry habits and suggests favourite cycles, while the SmartThings app lets you schedule washes from anywhere on Android or iOS with internet. The LED display shows time remaining and offers 24-hour delayed start for flexibility. Variable spin speed and temperature settings give control over each wash, while AI sensors weigh the load, check soiling, and adjust water, detergent, rinse time, and spin speed to remove guesswork. The machine operates at 72dB, weighs 65kg, and measures H85, W60, D55cm for easy installation.

Good machine and easy to use.
Had the washing machine a couple of weeks ago. Still early days but so far so good. What I like with this model is that the washing cycles are clear and easy to understand. The delivery itself was great, they kept us informed of the delivery time and installed our new machine and took the old one away. Overall a great service.

Not as straightforward as my old machine.
Machine is great, lovely and quiet. HOWEVER the instructions are somewhat lacking. I tried a few different programmes, including the "eco 40 - 60" but couldn't reduce the washing time below 3 hours! I managed to download the control app to my phone, there is a section for "laundry recipe" which lets you tell the machine what you are washing & it suggests the best programme - cycle (eg 40 - 60), temp, rinses (up to 5 can be set) and spin level (Rinse, hold, no spin. Drain, no spin. Levels 1 - 5, 400, 800,1000,1200, 1400) . It also gives a couple of options and shows the runtime for each. This can then be sent to the machine. The machine also stores these as "downloaded" to use without the app. Once finished, a message is sent to compatible devices on your network - I get an alert on my phone and on my telly!

I brought this item a few weeks ago it should have had free fitting but there was no free fitting option so that didn’t happen the delivery driver was very rude and unhelpful. And two weeks later Argos dropped the price by £50 🙄 should have 5 years warranty but there is no option to get the 5 years warranty
