Bought this 3 weeks ago and totally delighted. Toasts bread perfectly, as in evenly both sides, according to preference. Sleek and modern style. Just wish they wouldn't put stickers on the product in the most visible place. But I recommend the actual toaster

A great toaster. Wide slots to accommodate very thick bread, bagels, crumpets or whatever. Browns evenly. Different heat setting are great for toasting different items. Deals well with frozen bread and even has a setting for re-heating cold toast. Easy to clean crumb teay. It does most things that a toaster twice the price will do.
