i bought the wrong one for my disabled nephew who did open the package but we packaged it back up and went to exchange and was told we couldnt. now hes very upset. i originally ordered it thinking it was curved which helps keep him occupied and very good for learning. he wont even look at it. so is sat in a box. if wont be use argos again

New HP Omen monitor has rescued my Laptop display!
I bought this Monitor about one month ago. I did do some research but it was mainly to do with how you could adjust the viewing angles as I didn’t have much space to play with where I wanted to use it, surprisingly not all monitors have what I would call basic manoeuvrability. However this monitor adjusts, up-down, tilt, turn which gave me loads of scope for when I used it in a limited space. Now the even better bit, the monitor exceeded my expectations when it came to its technical bit, refresh rate, colour appearance, contrast, clarity, build quality. To sum up why I wanted a monitor, I bought a laptop which I was unimpressed with, the visual display was pretty poor! My son suggested getting an external monitor and I’m so glad I did, now I just power up the laptop, connect the monitor with a hdmi cable and the display is now incredible.

Does the job, easy to set up, just plug in and go, bought as additional monitor for new PC. Only gripe is on/off button is too high up at back so can't switch on from underneath, pain if you have it as a main monitor and have a second monitor side by side. Clarity and colour good, not fiddled with the settings. Height adjustable and tilt mechanism. Eyesafe feature. Display port and HDMI ports, plus headphone jack but not used, use main box instead for webcam and headset. Minimalist design. Would definitely get another one.

It works well and has stable frame rate, however the power cable is a bit loose, causing it to turn off some times if the TV is moved other then that it's great.
