About this product
The LX25 can shred 6 sheets per pass into 4 x 37mm cross-cut particles, so you can be sure that your confidential documents have been shredded securely. The LX25 features a safety lock which prevents the machine from being accidentally activated. This paper shredder will shred continuously for up to 3 minutes before requiring 30 minutes to cool down. This shredders cutters will not only shred your documents, but can shred staples, paper clips and credit cards too. The LX25 features a 11.5 litre bin with a lift-off-head.

Replacement shredder
Bought this to replace the previous shredder which appeared to have a worn motor. The clear front panel is useful for noting the bin capacity level. Let's see how it lerforms over time.

Over heating
A great little shredder but it seems to overheat fairly quickly. I was shredding private papers for about 10 minutes when the red light came on! I gave the shredder half an hour to cool down and continued for a further 5 minutes before the red light came on again. I would suggest the shredder is great when used occassionally rather than on a regular basis.

Great Shredder
I bought this product recently and I have to say, I'm glad that I did. It shreds the papers well. The sound from the shredder is low, and I like the way that the red light comes on when the shredder becomes over heated. Price was good. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Useless junk
I bought this shredder a month ago and it lasted for a few days before becoming unusable despite clearing and reversing the feed and removing anything that seemed to be blocking. As I seem to have shredded the invoice I have no way of proving purchase apart from this review request. Help!

Satisfying shredding
Purchased to replace my old outdated shredder. The LX25 is superb, black sleek looks, cross shredding and quiet. Fantastic for security and prevention of stolen information.

1st LX25 while a great shredder and only used briefly a few times a week, lasted 14 months and just died, replaed under the 3 year warrenty, fingers crossed this one lasts longer
