Great set for fire engine enthusiasts
I bought this set for my teen and we were pleasantly surprised with the different lego pieces and their functions. The fire engine itself a a nice size and the ability to swap out the fire shooter and the ladder interchangeably was a really nice touch, so you can customise the engine to however you wish. Also the fire service dog is a lovely addition to the set. The station itself has a really cool design with a strong support system at the back so when picking the station up from the top it doesn’t fall apart. Overall, for a 6+ set, this was really fun to assemble, is sturdy and has many really interesting features. A really enjoyable build and a great present for anyone who enjoys Lego and fire engines.

Slick and satisfying set
I tried giving two 21yo iphone users this to attempt but after several weeks and poorly attempting about a quarter of it they gave up. Took it apart and rebuilt within a couple of hours. 4 booklets of instructions which are really clear, step by step. Well thought out design, 2 truck configurations. 8 packets of lego with smaller parts in another packet inside those. Each section builds up and then they connect together which is a really clever build plan. A well put together set, good price point. I am very impressed with the leaps made by lego from sets 3 decades ago.

Fun, unique and addicting
A lovely gift, activity, lego set to play with. Fun to build with a group of people or an individually. Instructions are easy to follow. Each part gets you more and more excited to complete it. The details of the items are immaculate. I would highly recommend.

Fire station and engine with cool features
This is a great fire set to add to a lego city series collection. It looks visually stunning and is fun to make with the easy to follow manuals. We loved the modern and sleek looking fire station with 2 garages, numbered with tiles and the mechanism for the up and over doors. We built a control centre on top with a TV, bed, coffee machine. Also a Helipad, drone, 5 mini figures and fire dog. The fire engine was fun to make too and it has a moveable ladder and hose / extinguisher features. The overall build is solid and lightweight to carry. The fire station does look like it is part of another set rather than something you would play with individually. My son was disappointed with building a helipad with no helicopter included and garage no.2 missing a vehicle. The fire station is unusually shorter in length so the fire engine doesn’t completely fit inside. You can use the Lego builder app to help you to set up, and track progress, zoom into features, rotate models in 3D and save virtual sets. Overall a fun Lego playset to add to a collection.

Quick fun build
Nice and easy build with lots of exciting little bags of lego to open and discover what is in them. The age rating on the box is 6+ but me and my 5 year old sat and built it in a few hrs, it would have been quicker if i did most of it. The fire engine has removable ladders and can fit a water cannon that fires small plastic water jets out of it, also the drone fires clear round lego bricks. The kids like having the dog to play with and think the hotdog in the office is cool. The characters can have a sleep in a bed in the office too, then slide down the firemans pole when a call comes in. The only down side i have is the fire engine doesnt fit in the garage fully. If you have the station flush at the back with a wall the fire engine sits out about 2", it wouldnt have been that much to make it longer at the front or back so the fire engine could sit in the garage with the door closed. People will sit these on shelves once built and our fire engine has rolled off a few times when we havent put something infront of it.

Fantastic Lego set - very interactive!
Brilliant Lego set aimed at age 6+ years. I would say this was accurate as my 8 year old managed by himself but my 5 year old needed the help of an adult. The instructions are easy to follow - we used the online app for this which the children loved, especially how you can spin the pictures around. The set (once complete) is very interactive with lots of moving parts and different things to play with. The fire engine is great fun allowing the children to act out emergencies and rescues. Lots of fun to build and play with too!
