Good but with some drawbacks
The sound produced is great but there are a couple of annoying issues - 1. It won't play one of my cds that plays perfectly on another plsyer. 2. The usb function does not play the tracks in the same order they were recorded onto the usb i.e. the same order as on the oridinal cd .The DAB rafio is fine.

A good buy for the price
As a fairly retro boombox this one does not disappoint. Everything works as it should and sound quality is good. Tuning the radio is a bit more difficult than lt might be but overall it’s a good buy for the price.

Proper separate English instructions.
The reason I gave 4stars is because the English instructions are very poor. I had to Google for proper English instructions as on the instructions sheet you had to look for the odd English instructions.

I can confirm that the Philips AZB798 IS DAB plus. It says so on the unit itself, as well as on the box. Plus I am currently listening to a DAB plus only station on the radio.
