It's toast.
The first two heating plates didn't work properly, so we can only use the two on the right. Could not be bothered to take it back, it's a two ring toaster instead of a four.

No, I don't want insurance!
Nothing wrong with the toaster which I ordered and paid for online. However, Argos annoyed me as ever. Online you have to tell them you don't want insurance, it's a £25 toaster with a years warranty, why would you want it? Trouble is that's not the end of it. Despite already saying no I guarantee the staff member will ask you if you want insurance when you go in to collect. Aaaaargh!

Great features
So far so good. Even toasting on both sides of bread in all four slots. Width of slot easily takes a tea cake for toasting. Looks good sitting on worktop if you want to leave it on show. Definitely recommend.

I only bought this toaster a few days ago. I have used it 3 or 4 times and up to now I am very pleased with the crispiness and it also has a great capacity. So far so good and yes I would recommend it.

Just bought this, opened the box, it’s hench, massive, good solid toaster, plenty of room for what ever you want to toast…. I did two initial cooks with no bread in it, too get rid of the new smell, which you will notice, so far so good

Good basic toaster
This is a good basic toaster. The holes are wide enough for items such as half an English muffin or a crumpet, and it has defrost and reheat options and 7 time settings. For the price it's great. The only negative really is that the toast can come out unevenly brown - the side closest to the edge of the toaster can be slightly less brown.

Absolutely perfect toaster at a great price
My best toaster ever, cooks the toast perfectly. Even brown on both sides. Such a great toaster at a really great price, very budget friendly. Also looks great. Wide slot for thick bread or toasted buns etc. I’ve only had this a week but so far very happy and would definitely recommend.

You cannot use each of the four slots individually. They’re paired up so you can use the left pair or the right pair separately. This would allow you to do just two pieces of toast at the same time and to choose which side you wish to use.
