This is a really great sturdy play house.
We bought this for my daughter’s 4th birthday. It is very well made, stable and I feel will last us. Make sure to buy the mats separately as a flooring unless you have a surface to put it on. She loves the little door and kitchen on the side. My husband put it together without to much trouble but did use an electric screw driver which helped. I definitely recommend
