About this product
This Hisense Built Under Double Electric Oven makes cooking for family or guests easier. With XL capacity split between 54l in the main fan oven and 38l in the second multifunction oven, you can roast a joint and bake pudding simultaneously without temperature juggling. The main fan oven heats food evenly for crispy outsides and juicy insides, while the second oven has a full-width electric grill, perfect for cheese on toast or a golden lasagne finish.
The touch LED display and dial controls provide easy command over times and temperatures, and both cavities have interior lights to check progress without opening doors. Each oven has double-glazed doors to retain heat, and easy-clean enamel liners mean a quick wipe removes most mess. It includes 5 shelves in the main cavity, 3 in the second, plus a grill tray and defrost function. Both cavities are A-rated with 0.77kWh and 0.68kWh consumption, require hardwiring into a cooker point, fit standard 59.4cm apertures under your worktop or at eye level, and come with a 2-year guarantee.

Simple to use.
Installed 3 weeks ago and so far, the oven has been perfect. Not too complicated to operate, which is just as well because the instruction manual isn’t the clearest. Double oven feature a real bonus over the previous single oven.

Ok oven
We bought this as a replacement after our last oven broke. It was hard to find a similar oven which had a large bottom oven which this one does so we opted to buy this. However, the oven takes ages to reach temperature / food takes longer to cook / needs to be on a higher temperature compared to our old oven. We regularly cook the same item and this oven is not as good as old oven. As we’ve only had the oven a short amount of time, we’ll need to experiment more to see what temperature we need to use v the temperature provided on the food item. There are also a lack of shelves. I’m not sure why the point of the solid shelves included are? We’d much rather 3 or 3 regular shelves than 2.

Oven is ok
The oven is ok - quite basic. Timer is hard to see as are dots on the dials. Doesn’t always quite heat up to correct temperature according to my oven thermometer

Good size but does not reach set temperature.
I bought this oven as my old oven was tired and not big enough. Although the exterior dimensions of this new oven are the same as my old AEG, the interior is definitely bigger. Unfortunately it does not seem to heat to the set temperature. I couldn’t work out why a lasagne took 15 minutes more in the new oven to my old 1. I bought an oven thermometer and with the oven set at 200 the thermometer read 170. I can turn the temperature up to accommodate this but shouldn’t have to.

Short lived
Very disappointing quality After just 16 months of normal use, this oven has completely broken down. To make matters worse, it’s very expensive to repair just before Christmas. For the price, I expected far better durability. It started off working fine, but clearly isn’t built to last. I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone — save your money and choose a more reliable brand.
