Great for mood setting, not so much for everyday
The bulbs are great for certain rooms- think home bar or games room/ man cave setting. Looked brilliant in our home bar, but in future ill put them in a lamp rather than as the main ceiling light. The variety of colours and colour change settings is a really cool feature for such rooms. The app, while easy to use, is a bit of a pain to have to use every time. (without an alexa, we had no voice command options unfortunately.) A remote would be ideal, like you have in the led strip lights and such. Any time the light switch is turned off and back on, the settings reset, which is frustrating. Each time it goes to a different colour. The bulbs are bright, but not bright enough to be able to use the white setting as a standard light in my opinion. The options to dim are great for those who need a dimming function without the dimmer switch. Overall, these are great for mood setting and relaxing, and can change the look of a room with a click of an app.

Phillips Smart LED Bulbs
Easy to use Phillips Smart bulbs. These are different to the Hue bulbs are you need the Wiz app to set them up. Setting up using the App was easy and was set up in minutes. Like the Hue bulbs there are loads of different options for colours, routines and actions. Not sure if these can be linked to Hue bulbs but they can be controlled with Google or Alexa so if you have Hue bulbs then they can all be controlled together. These are very bright but can be turned down to suit your needs. Overall very good smart bulbs with plenty of features

Perfect smart bulbs
These bulbs are amazing, there's so many colour settings. The app is easy to use and the bulbs don't take too long to set up. I've got them linked to Alexa too so it's easy to turn them on. Would definitely recommend them. It's perfect if you don't want to leave your bed to turn the light on, just use your phone. :)

Great light, app is a let down
The light itself is great, really bright and vibrant. There are so many different settings and colours, different warmth’s and even a dimmer. The only let down is that the app seems to be very temperamental. I am rarely able to switch the light on via the app alone which is disappointing.

This is modern lighting!
The Philips Smart LED is a brilliant product! Installation and set up were easy and I was on the app exploring all the lighting options in no time. With this being my first Smart LED bulb, I was surprised with all the different lighting options. It has a great selection of preset lighting moods with both static and dynamic (pulsing/colour changing) options and I can also customise my own lighting. I’m able to set my own schedule or even use the circadian rhythm setting (really appreciate this setting and I can customise this to when I sleep and wake up, the bulb even has an alarm setting - no, it doesn’t make a sound but flashes the bulb like an alarm!) Literally blown away by how many features this light bulb has. Some of the colours are very intense which is great for me, but brilliant to have the option to dim any light setting. This really elevates my bedroom and with so many colours to choose from I feel I can always set the perfect mood whether I’m chilling, reading or watching a movie. One of the most convenient features about these bulbs is that I don’t need to leave my bed to turn off the light switch, everything can be operated from the app on my phone.

Easy to set up smart bulbs
I've had Philips Hue for a number of years but always found them tricky to pair at times, but these new Wiz light bulbs are a doddle, and the app you have to download is pretty good as well, so far I've not come across any bugs or had difficulty with setting patterns for turning on/off, changing colours etc, in fact really impressed with them and thinking of swapping all my Hue over to Wiz

Easily comnected bright wifi bulbs
Easy to set up and connect to Alexa. I already had the Wiz app from previous bulbs so as easy as switch on and find bulb. It has a goidxrange of colours and preset combinations. Easily linked to alexa skill when enabled.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Philips WiZ A60 B22 Colour Smart Light Bulb 2-pack: ''We’d like to clarify that Philips WiZ bulbs that are not Wi-Fi-enabled (e.g., Bluetooth or Zigbee-based models) are not compatible with Wi-Fi-enabled WiZ bulbs within the same app or ecosystem. The WiZ app is designed specifically for Wi-Fi-connected devices, and bulbs using other protocols will not be recognized or controllable through it.
If the new bulbs are Bluetooth-only or Zigbee-based, they may require a different app or hub (such as the Philips Hue Bridge for Zigbee devices) and cannot be grouped or controlled together with Wi-Fi-based WiZ bulbs.''
