Great washing machine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really pleased with this machine overall (it replaced a previous LG model that was 13 years old). Shame it doesn't have a 'quick wash' (30 mins) which I used a lot. However, the 'Speed 14' is good. Great to have 10kg capacity in the same size appliance. The drawer dispenser feels flimsy though. Would have like the option to add steam to programs, but maybe I just have to figure this out! Once temperature and spin speed selected, the digital display goes out. Reasonably quiet, so pleased with my choice.

The washing performance is excellent—it handles large loads effortlessly and leaves everything fresh and clean every time. However, the drying function has been frustrating. It creases clothes badly, even with small loads like just a king-size duvet cover and pillowcases. I wish there were easier ways to adjust the drying temperature or time, as the auto settings seem too intense. Great for washing, stylish design, but drying needs more flexibility. Recommended if drying isn't your main priority.

You would not be able to do this on any of our machines due to the temperature of the clothes etc.

"There is a low temperature drying option available on the machine."
It’s suitable for drying in low temperature for less clothes damage and is for delicate fabrics (Max. Load: 3.5 kg).
We’d have to also add that you should check that your mattress protector is suitable for drying in a machine before trying to do so.

I have had a look into this and with the specification in the manual for this model the depth of the unit is 475mm, it then is 535mm with the door closed and 1015mm with the door open.
I will ask for the website to be updated to show this.
