Not toasting both sides
I had to return it as one side was not properly toasted. We tried both slots with the same result. These toasters are comparatively cheap. Best to avoid.

Ideal toaster, slots are the right size to take all sizes of bread slices, and crumpets. Browns the whole slice with no white bits.

Hi Lisa. Thanks for your answer however it has simply made matters worse as the Depth has now increased from 21.5cm to 30.1cm. Please look at the photos. You can clearly see that the Width should be the largest of the 3 measurements.
I just checked a few other makes - Bosch, Morphy Richards and Breville - and they all show Width as the largest on a 2 slice.
I could assume Cookworks do not understand this and they really mean width when they say depth - but if they cant even get that right?
