About this product
The Argos Home Jak Floating Shelf gives you wall space for displaying books, plants and collectables without taking up floor room. It's a simple way to add storage in compact living rooms, hallways or bedrooms where every square metre counts. The sleek floating design keeps the focus on what you're displaying, not the shelf itself. The walnut finish adds warmth to neutral walls and works with different interior styles. It mounts directly to the wall, so there's no need for visible brackets cluttering the look.
The shelf holds up to 3kg, enough for a few books, a small plant pot, or decorative items. Wall fixings come included, so you've got what you need to mount it securely. All gnment and screw issues
The screw holes pre drilled in the shelf do not align with the holes in the bracket. In addition, the screws supplied for the above are too long and have come through the top of shelf. Not the best!

They look great

Not so good shelf!!!
Awful!. The shelf itself had marks on it and the worst part is the actual metal bracket to hold the shelf securely after you have fixed it to the wall have drill holes that are far too big for the actual screws supplied to stabilise it underneath. I've had to find 2 large diameter screws to secure it!... Not happy at all with this shelf...

Decent quality shelves, brackets are metal which is a positive. Easy to mount. Only downfall there is no white plugs to cover the securing screws under the shelf. Strange there is none supplied so will need to look a fashioning something to cover the exposed screw heads

OK shelf but design flaw means extra work
Strong fixing and good looking shelf for money, but dreadful system to attach shelf to the fixing means will wobble about. Had to add a couple of plastic plugs into the fixing for the retaining screws to bite into and now very stable, but flaw in design

I can see that the PS4 Slim is 26.5cm depth x 28.8cm width and the shelf is 23.5cm depth x 30cm width. The PS4 is longer than the shelf however technically it will fit on the shelf, with some overhang.
