You're training at home and want to sharpen your boxing skills. This Everlast Hyperflex Strike Junior Punch Bag is built for young fighters developing speed, power and technique. It's got a dual-spring system with three training modes. The height adjusts from 145 to 170cm as you grow. Fill the stable base with water or sand for secure indoor or outdoor workouts.
Switch between Speed Flex for rapid combos, Straight Flex for technique practise, and Hyperflex for sparring simulation. Individual locking springs let you target specific skills during each session. The secure stand stays stable while you train. It weighs 30kg when filled for reliable resistance throughout your workout.

Purchased product believing it was suitable for a junior person. Instead it is a full size adult product which I found to be extremely misleading in terms of how the product was sold. Only identified it was an adult product when assembled and almost impossible to disassemble as the springs create tension around the joins.

Great birthday present for 10 year old
Great birthday present for my 10 year old son. Easy to put up, great height adjustment (will last for a good few years) and good quality. The only thing I was disappointed about was I thought there was an arm defence extra that was part of it that as you box you can defend yourself as the extra arm is coming at you. It was in the video when I was researching which one to buy. Unfortunately I think you only get this extra part in the adult version. I've tried looking to see where I can purchase this extra part but I've had no luck. That's the only reason I have given it 4 stars as misleading. Take that video out of the pictures id say. Otherwise very happy with it.

Really Good Punchbag !
Bought this for my 15 year old son who boxers at a local gym. Really good and very easy to put together. Used water for base as easier than sand. Son uses most nights and really enjoys how it moves to help him spar at the the gym. Would recommend.

Having checked with the supplier for you I can let you know the minimum height is around 145 cm, the adjustable height is around 145 cm to 168 cm.
The base size is about 48 cm(dia.) x 24 cm(H) - the punch ball size is about 20 cm(dia.) x 26 cm.

No it’s compact foam no need for air
No u do not need a pumper. It is really good and doesn't brake even if Antony Joshua punches it as hard as he can. If u find it hard to punch use gloves and you won't feel it

The manufacturer has advised that 'Junior' is the target market, but per the feedback they have had from other customers, if just used for cardio and light training, then this is also suitable for adult. This is a small type, which is not suitable for heavy punching demand.

No difference between the jr and the durable version. This one can deffo be used for adults, can stand at 6ft and be punched very hard
