How to Guide would be useful
I bought these phones when we converted to digital. It has some good features apparently but negotiating them from the phone menu without much of an instruction book leaves a lot to be desired, especially for seniors.

This item came with minimal instructions. I expected it to be possible to make calls from both handsets, but the second handset receives calls only. This is really inconvenient, and I wouldn’t have bought it had I known.

I bought this to replace a faulty item. It was very easy to set up once I realised I needed a cable to go from the phone to my router. The cable that came with it was for the phone to a BT box connection. I'm very happy with my purchase and have no problems using it. The instructions are very basic but it's easy to go online to find more detailed instructions which are easy to understand. Good product for the price.

Review the caller ID log to find out who called, to return the call, or to copy the caller’s name and number into your phonebook.

2. Press ▼/▲ to browse the ID caller log entries
Delete a caller ID entry
1. Search for the desired caller ID log entry (see Review the caller ID log).
2. When the desired entry displays, press OK to select.
• Press ▼/▲ until the screen displays DELETE. Press OK to select.
• The entry is deleted, and you hear a confirmation tone.
NOTE
• If you want to delete all caller ID entries, press ▼/▲ to select DELETE ALL instead of DELETE.”
