We bought this fairly large mirror for a particular location, without really considering the weight. My fault entirely, but it is too heavy for our original location (on a stud wall). But, it looks good in the location we have, firmly fixed to a brick wall. It is a very good size and shape and looks really good in our room. nd, of course, the fact that it was half price in a sale make it an even better buy!

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for Habitat Black Frameless Oval Wall Mirror - 150x50cm:
Due to the weight of this mirror is quite heavy, approximately 10 kg. It is recommend to use nail or screw of shank diameter no less than 0.12" (i.e. 3 mm) and length no less than 1.5" (i.e. 38 mm). If using a screw, please use proper wall anchor according to type of wall.
