About this product

Nice small cat tree
I bought this a month ago, but only rescued my cat this week. So far she has paid little interest in it, but I have hope she will use it. It was easy to put together, and it feels good quality.

SOLID & CAT LOVES IT
It was fiddly to put together on my own, but the thing is rock solid, and the kitten loves it and makes use of it which is always a relief when you spend so much. Definitely recommend.

Really good cat tree
Great cat tree. Plenty to do including hidey hole to sleep or just be away from people. Scratch pad and our kitty gets rewarded with Dreamies for using it. Really recommend, especially for young cats.

Good for cat sitting
Cats did play and relax on the top level. Maybe more suited for small cats. Think my daughter’s cats will outgrow it but they are larger breeds. Easy to put together. Marked down one star as my +5kg elderly cat caused a fair wobble as she’s a bit unsteady on her legs.Not enough to tip it but worth a mention.

Ideal for medium sized cats
Easy to assemble and well made. My cat uses it as a perch to watch the garden birds and my neighbours coming and going. The cat bed is great for smaller cats and kittens. Very big cats would find it a squeeze.

Disappointing
I was so disappointed, the enclosed box/bed, described "When it's time for a catnap, the private kitty apartment provides, a quiet spot to curl up for snoozing. The soft, plush fabric covering makes naptime comfy, plus it's great for face rubbing and nuzzling" The inside of the box, isn't covered with anything despite the description of a plush fabric. It's just got dried out glue marks all around the hard uncovered walls which don't look good either. Nor would I want my cats to nuzzle up to a wall where glue has been. The base is covered. I returned it as to me its faulty and the lady in Argos, agreed it must be. I reordered only to find this to be in the same state. We already have two which are covered all the way around. Good job I asked them to check the 2nd one, as it would have been another wasted journey.Sorry to say I couldn't recommend, I can't believe they would leave the inside uncovered and dry glue all the way around for your cat to lean against. Despite all that Argos were helpful as always.

I bought this and am very happy with it, HOWEVER the box is a lot heavier than 800g which you can kind of see just looking at the picture. Did they mean 8 kilos?
