Looks good but poor quality
I bought this for my son's Christmas present (he is 6 years old). He loved the look of the bike however the quality of the bike was poor. Upon assembly I discovered two main defects: 1) it was not possible to tighten the handle bars. The quality of the parts meant that after much trying the nut became worn so I could neither loosen or tighten the handle bars in the end. 2) the nuts to adjust the tilt of the seat were so tight they could not be loosed using the tools provided. I also noticed the parts in the manual were not the same as those provided indicating changes had been made to the parts from the original design. As instructed on the product box, I contacted the manufacturer, Insync Bikes, before returning to Argos per the instructions.They were extremely slow to respond and a full month after first contacting them, they eventually sent two replacement parts (a bolt with nut and a clamp with bolt/nut) which were totally useless. Following this I returned the bike to Argos who thankfully gave me a full refund. After initial very high expectations I am very disappointed, as is my son who now has a very tarnished opinion of Father Christmas!

Terrible quality
My son had this bike 3 days and the chain kept coming off. He was getting fed up fixing it then the pedal came off and wouldn't stay on. We returned it.

Good bike but had issues
It had few issues with the back wheel as it was wobbly and need to take to bike shop to get it fixed at additional cost :(
