Very unsatisfied with this purchase as it did not work with Sky Q Satellite cables which wasn't explained on your website in the product details,tried to return the item to the Kingswood store and was told because I'd fitted it a refund was not permitted which then rendered my purchase useless.Now im Ā£66 out of pocket in the exact same position that I was before I purchased the Satellite box,but don't you worry about it as I've purchased one from Amazon and thrown the one I purchased from you in the bin,you have a nice day in this cost of living crisis.š¤¬š¤¬š¤¬š¤¬š¤¬
