I needed a roasting tray that was big enough for a decent sized lamb joint and all the trimmings, and this fit's the bill. Lovely and deep so no overspill of fat/oil!
I'm collecting the Scoville cook range, I already have a complete pan set and the frying pan. They're so strong, yet lightweight. Of course the bonus here is that nothing ever sticks! So easy to clean
