Poor staff training
Had to travel far as only avaliable at little stores...when try to collect had a child (school leaver) serve me only to say couldn't find. Offered no help, just sorry its not showing on my scanner. So I ask for manager who found instantly. Basically staff working who had no idea what they were doing. Not even a sorry of the manager either.very poor service and question using argos in future.
