Disappointed
I bought this a couple of weeks ago. The drawers were quite flimsy when putting them together and I ended up breaking one of them by accident. I had to do a fix on it to hold it together. I feel like the bed has been ruined by this. My son wanted this bed, I wanted to get him an ottoman bed, I wish I had now.

Bed came 3 box’s very heavy as solid wood. Instructions r not the best tool while and bit fiddling which ways the draw rails go ! One draw never fitted alll the way in but after 2 ppl 2 days building it o have up

It's great and sturdy, easy to set up part from the drawers. Have to be careful handling them or else you might break them.

I’m really impressed with this bed, very sturdy and good quality. The drawers just glide out easily with no snagging. Lots of pieces but was assembled in a couple of hours with no major issues

Hello Kelly. Our suppliers have advised that the maximum height of the mattress to the Birlea Appleby Single Wood Effect Bed Frame is based on the height around the area in which the mattress sits.They have advised the height as a safety precaution. The bed has been tested for to the 100kg mark and again have recommended the weight for safety purposes only. I hope this helps.

I have spoken to our supplier who have advised as follows:
Unfortunately the drawers can not be accessed under the mattress by lifting the board of the Birlea Appleby Single Bed Frame.
