The P-30C paper shredder can shred 6 sheets per pass into 4 x 34mm cross-cut particles, so you can be sure that your confidential documents have been shredded securely. This paper shredder will shred for up to 3 minutes before requiring 40 minutes to cool down. This cross-cut shredders powerful cutters will not only shred your documents into unreadable pieces, but can shred staples and credit cards too. For disposal of your cross-cut shredders paper waste, the P-30C paper shredder features a handy spacious 15 litre bin with a lift-off-head.

I bought this a few weeks ago , for shredding anything with personal information on. I did read all the reviews, and totally aware of size of the bin, not a problem. I had a clear plasic bag, just kept empting it, not a problem. Just because it says will do 6 sheets together does'nt mean you have to, i found it easier to put 2 or 3 at a time. I was also awear of checking the heat of the motor, again not a problem. While i waited, i sorted the next pile into 2/3 pages so i couldhave a steady constant feed. My only 1 small down for me is lables that won't pull off plastic parcal bag's do get . Unplugged shredder and cleaned it carefully with fine twizers.

Great shredder
Bought to replace old shredder that had finally given up after many years of use. New one is lighter and quieter. Needed to shred a lot of old documents and it did the job nicely. Will automatically stop if used continuosly for 3 mins to cool down, but once you know that, a few seconds gap between each set of sheets and it works fine. Even used some Nectar points to reduce the price which was a bonus. Very happy.

The duty cycle of the P-30c shredder is 3 minutes on and 40 minutes cool down.

The Fellowes P-30C 6 Sheet Cross Cut Shredder is designed primarily for paper, credit cards, and small staples, and it can handle up to 6 sheets of paper at once.
However it does depend on the thickness of the card envelopes. You would have to remove any labels as these can get stuck to the cutters and clog up the machine.
You may want to look at a more heavy duty machine like the Fellowes 12C 12 Sheets 19 Litre Cross Cut Shredder.
