The P-30C paper shredder can shred 6 sheets per pass into 4 x 34mm cross-cut particles, so you can be sure that your confidential documents have been shredded securely. This paper shredder will shred for up to 3 minutes before requiring 40 minutes to cool down. This cross-cut shredders powerful cutters will not only shred your documents into unreadable pieces, but can shred staples and credit cards too. Shedder "Not fit for purpose"
This was the second shredder within 2 weeks. Both had the same problem, the cross cotter jams very quickly even with one or two sheets of paper. Takes ages to clear cutters. Instead of small shreds it appears to come out in long lengths. I have tried using oil as recommended. The shredder does not work as stated and is not fit for purpose. I have reverted to a basic shredder that does not cross cut.

The Fellowes P-30C 6 Sheet Cross Cut Shredder is designed primarily for paper, credit cards, and small staples, and it can handle up to 6 sheets of paper at once.
However it does depend on the thickness of the card envelopes. You would have to remove any labels as these can get stuck to the cutters and clog up the machine.
You may want to look at a more heavy duty machine like the Fellowes 12C 12 Sheets 19 Litre Cross Cut Shredder.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Fellowes P-30C 6 Sheet 15 Litre Cross Cut Shredder : This machine’s capability is continuous operation for 3 minutes, and continuous operation beyond 3 minutes will trigger a 40 minute cool down period. As an entry level/basic model, the maximum daily usage for this machine is 30 sheets (or 5 plastic credit cards/storecards).
