This paper shredder will shred for up to 3 minutes before requiring 40 minutes to cool down. This cross-cut shredders powerful cutters will not only shred your documents into unreadable pieces, but can shred staples and credit cards too. Good size, doesn't take up too much room
Bought this last week and it does the job well. Capacity is good and the cross cut function means paper is shredded into small particles which is more secure.

Nice and compact for smaller amounts of paper.
This is a nice compact shredder and works well for small amounts of shredding. It will happily cope with 3 sheets of paper at a time but struggles with more, I also find that it will stop working after a period of time, like it needs a break! Then after about 15 minutes its happy to continue again which is probably a safety feature to stop it overheating.

Was disappointed that after shredding 16 sheets 2 at a time the motor overheated and had to cool before it could be reused.

The Fellowes P-30C 6 Sheet Cross Cut Shredder is designed primarily for paper, credit cards, and small staples, and it can handle up to 6 sheets of paper at once.
However it does depend on the thickness of the card envelopes. You would have to remove any labels as these can get stuck to the cutters and clog up the machine.
You may want to look at a more heavy duty machine like the Fellowes 12C 12 Sheets 19 Litre Cross Cut Shredder.
