About this product
Use the soft knob to simply adjust to the desired slice thickness, and slide the food over the stainless steel blade for perfect, even slices. A clear surface shows slices accumulating below. Slice on a cutting board or plate, or hook the soft foot over a bowl. A food holder protects hands and covers the blade when not in use.

Very robust, easy to use and clean
I bought a 'cheap' mandoline from a well-known online store, but the blades were flimsy and the whole thing was a waste of £7. We bought the Oxo mandoline to replace it, and it's infinitely better. Easy to use, fully dishwasher safe and sturdy. Don't buy a cheapie, get this one!
