Excellent smartwatch for everyday use
I’m really happy with this watch. The connectivity was quick and easy with my phone and everything works smoothly. The battery life is very good and lasts for days without needing to charge. It tracks steps and daily activity accurately and the interface is simple and easy to use. The design looks nice on the wrist and feels comfortable to wear all day. For the price, it’s an excellent smartwatch and I would definitely recommend it.

I purchased this to replace my previous Samsung smart watch, and i am really disappointed in the battery life as only using as a watch the battery if lucky lasts three days, where my previous Samsung watch lased 6-7 days.

IOS - Version 12 and above
Bluetooth - Version 5 and above
Please ensure the watch is charged for the recommend 2 hours.
Please ensure that your phones Bluetooth is switched on.
Please download the reflex active red app you can download this from your App store. ( this is the required app for the series 23)
Once you have downloaded the app, please open the app.
Please fill in all the requested information in the settings menu
To connect you watch open the watch icon at the bottom of the app and select add device.
Select your smartwatch in the list of devices.
Allow all permissions in the initial set up this can be changed later in your settings.
When connecting your watch, you may be asked for a pairing code this will appear on the watch face, for you to then input this onto the phone.
