Soft and comfortable
Very comfortable chair from the beginning, seems to be well put together.

Toby armchair
The armchair was fairly easy to assemble 2 arm cushions just zip on and the back just drops on to the 2 brackets, a bit fiddly but doable, it looks more expensive than it was, and I find it very comfortable I’m 5 ft 7in , overall I would recommend the Toby armchair.

The best features for me …..
I’m 70 years old and I absolutely love this chair: it’s not electric so after I activate the reclining feature I still have to use my muscles to return it to the upright position which ensures that I retain strength in my core and legs for as long as possible. It’s supremely comfortable and very attractive. The Argos team who delivered it, sited it carefully in my sitting room and de-boxed it for me, took away the packaging and were very helpful. It was a synch to assemble the armrests. What else would you need in a recliner at my age?

Hello Lea.
Toby Velvet Manual Recliner Chair - Navy:
It’s moderately heavy (31.7kg) and doesn’t have wheels, so it’s not ideal for frequent moving. As the chair doesn't come with castors or gliding feet, dragging it across wooden floors could potentially cause scratches. To make it easier to move and protect your flooring, you might want to use furniture sliders or felt pads under the legs.
Thank you for using Q&A.

Hi Bella
The Toby Velvet Manual Recliner Chair - Navy is relatively easy to build. It comes in four parts; the back of the chair and the seat just slot together and the two arm cushions zip into place on the chairs arms. Assembly is then complete.
Hope this helps. Thanks for using Q&A.
