Seems to be a good toothbrush teeth definitely feel cleaner the one draw back is it doesn't come supplied with a plug for the charging stand (buy separately for the price it should be included)

great features to choos from different brush mode
great toothbrush though I wished that had the other case than the one that I have and my toothbrush is not pink. contemplating getting a different case as i travel a lot so the travel case with the charger or the one that holds more than one bush head would have been great. though i have a few different Phillips products.

I was t a big fan of electric tooth brush’s , but this has changed my mind my teeth and gums feel super clean and I can see the difference .

Quality has gone down the toilet
Joining the chorus of 1 star reviews. Unfortunately, the build and quality of Philips sonicare toothbrushes has declined massively. I have owned at least 8 of whatever the top of the range is over the years. My first one, purchased about 2012, lasted nearly 5 years. It was amazing, quality was top notch. However since 2017, I've used one or sometimes two per year. If that's not testament that quality has gone down the pan, I don't know what is. My latest one just broke down and Philips have put a replacement in the post. It would be nice if they didn't break so frequently, I'm sure that would save Philips money on replacement pieces and finally win over the Oral B competition, of which I contemplated switching myself but can't stand the round brush heads.

Great toothbrush but a pretty short lifespan
Had this product just over two years now and cannot fault it for cleaning teeth which, after all, is its only purpose. Apart, that is, from lasting more than two years, which it didn't. I will replace it with another Philips sonic toothbrush but obviously a much cheaper one this time. I can get the superb cleaning without the smart functions, especially if the toothbrush itself is not going to last very long.

Does the job and it’s pink!
I bought this to replace my old Sonicare brush that I had for years. I like the separate button to select the function mode. So far so good. Happy with my purchase.

Great Toothbrush but I'd choose the 7100
A really nice toothbrush but if I had it over, i'd go for the 7100. Same features, a more compact charging travel case, and whilst the charging stand with the 9000 looks great, it needs a 2 prong plug point whilst the 7100 charger base plugs into any USB charger. Never bothered with the App. My wife has the 7100 and I have the 9000 and if I had it over I'd go for the 7100. But are brilliant toothbrushes and if you have never used a sonicare brush before, you'll be surprised how effective it is and how smooth your teeth will feel.

Excellent product
The Philips 9000 Diamond Sonic toothbrush is first rate. I have been using another popular make of electric toothbrush over several years, but the 9000 is far superior, and I think worth the extra cost. My teeth are definitely cleaner and brighter than before after a month of use. The App on mobile phone (Android) is very useful and acts as a timer, guide and history of use, and for brush replacement warnings. The high speed vibration seems weird at first and does take getting used to, but once you have adjusted its great! Highly recommended
