The Argos Home Marietta Single Metal Bed Frame gives you a classic bedroom centrepiece that works in spare rooms, teen bedrooms, or smaller spaces where a single bed fits best. The white metal frame with decorative scrollwork creates a welcoming feel without overwhelming compact rooms. It's a sturdy metal frame that supports everyday use, built to handle a maximum user weight of 110kg. The metal slats spread weight evenly across the base, so your mattress stays supported and stable through the night.
The frame lifts 30cm off the floor, leaving space underneath for storage boxes or easy cleaning with the hoover. Decorative swirls and scrolls on the headboard and footboard add a traditional touch that suits period homes or classic bedroom schemes. The white finish blends with most bedroom colours and existing furniture. Part of the Marietta collection, so you can match it with other pieces if you're furnishing a full room. Awful
Absolutely shocking from start to finish. Could not build the bed due to half of the part missing. No end of trouble getting a replacement due to customer order not being recognised. Even the staff in my nearby Argos could not believe the poor customer service I received. After a lot of agro I decided to cut my loses and get my money back.

Love this bed. Looks great. So far doesn't squeak. Not too bad to assemble,which I managed on my own, last screw was a bit tricky probably because I shouldn't have tightened all others

It looks really pretty. Assembly was reasonably straightforward, with some fiddly bits, but I did it on my own ok in a couple of hours. Stable enough. It fits the space well and I'm very happy with it. Quality is good for the price.

Lovely looking bed
Lovely looking bed, initially I had a bit of trouble assembling it but eventually I managed to do it. The only thing is that because of the metal slats holders they are noisy so I had to put noise pads between the slats and the bed frame, apart from that all fine. Delivery team on time and helpful, courteous guys. Thank you

Having checked the instructions, there is a gap in between the top of the slats and the sides of the bed frame. The mattress would be able to sit in this, to help it stop moving.
