I bought this for my daughter in the summer, not a great product very flimsy, always blowing over, windows always falling off. Not sturdy at all. Although it looks great.

A lovely little house for my Grandaughters 4th Birthday she was very happy with it, took a while to assemble but got there in the end .

Bought this end of july. Already broken due to the poor structure and the flimsy materials. Not sturdy in the slightest. Doors and window shutters repeatedly pop off and the roof lifts up. Not suitable for any child over 2.

The roof comes in two parts and so some water may leak through in the gap where they join.

It started to fade quite quick. Personally I would bother purchasing. Ours falls apart constantly as they are mainly clip on parts but that could just be ours I don't know. My experience I would save your money and get something a little more sturdy.

Having checked with the supplier for you I can let you know they haven't specified a specific upper age limit - the height is more of a better guide -the height of the house is 109 cm

I would say 4 to 5 yrs. the door is quite low but a child of that age could stand up inside.
