Good quality
Bought this to replace a loose hose, much tidier, reels in neatly and is sturdy. Having such long gardens, I can now reach it to the front garden.

This would be ideal if instructions were included.suppliers wasn't interested after making phone calls to Germany .I wouldn't buy anything from gardena again as all the responsibility was left to Argos who helped my greatfully

Disappointed with Argos
.Argos have 1 pattern spray gun and 1 hose nozzle as part of the accessories. I did not receive a pattern spray gun. Customer service agreed to send one out but a week later I got an email to say everything was in the parcel NO I am telling the truth the pattern spray gun was missing. If I returned the reel, and as Argos said there was nothing wrong with the order, I would have been charged £30 ....(If you want to return your product once it's been successfully delivered, a non-refundable charge of £30 will be applied, unless the product is faulty) I have put 'would not recommend' just because it is not as described

This Gardena Basic Hose Reel Set can be connected to anything which accepts 13mm diameter hose.
Please check your specific Karcher pressure washer for information on compatibility.

Our supplier has advised that the Gardena Basic Hose Reel Set is not classed as an anti-kink hose. It is not reinforced but it does come with an 8-year warranty and can handle 20 bar of pressure.
