Bought this recently, nicely balanced reel, hose seems strong. Took a little while to fit it all together as the instructions consist of just a couple of pictures, not clear at all. Spray seems good and it fits onto tap well.

Very Nice Hose Kit. Seems very strong and stable on the reel. Flows off the reel ok and does a good job for what I want it for. Very good price as there was £10 off as well, bargain!

The hose kinks where the connection in the centre of the reel joins the hose as you wind the hose on. Bought 2 of these and it does it on both.

Our supplier has advised that the Gardena Basic Hose Reel Set is not classed as an anti-kink hose. It is not reinforced but it does come with an 8-year warranty and can handle 20 bar of pressure.
