Smaller than my last double toaster. The lead on this though is ridiculous. You have to literally put it right under the socket as the lead is not long at all

Struggles to brown on lower levels!
Had this a while now, and I'm utter disappointed that the toast browning levels are shocking! I've had to turn the dial almost all the way up to get any kind of colour and crispness. Really disappointing for such a well known brand.

Notching special but it’s a good value, nice looking toaster. This is my second one. The last one lasted about 5 years before breaking. Benefits: 4 big slots. Divided into two pairs with separate dials is a must for me and my wife because i like my toast golden and she likes her’s browned. Cons: not as premium looking as a Dualit and no front crumb tray (has two at the back which is less accessible).
