Awful mattress, awful customer service, just awful
This mattress is unbearably uncomfortable to the point that I'm quite sure it's faulty. The information states that it's 'no roll together' but every time my partner lays down, the side I'm on pulls so taut that the memory foam aspect doesn't actually work, and I spend all night on an incline. My partner is 40kg larger than me, but I wouldn't expect that to cause such a problem in a hybrid mattress. It is the worst mattress we have ever had and worse still, it seems we're stuck with it! I requested to return it via Argos' customer service and at first they said we could and that someone would get in touch to arrange pickup, so I ordered a replacement while the sales were on and waited for them to get in touch. When they got in touch, they said we couldn't return it because it's not in it's original packaging. I asked if I could maybe exchange for the one I'd ordered as a replacement under their 100 nights policy and they said i couldn't do that, I would have to cancel that order and then they would get back in touch about an exchange. Obviously, they are delaying it to run out the clock on the sales so they don't end up having to pay a larger sum on the difference, but in the meantime, I'm not sleeping much and in a great deal of pain when I manage to. All in all, shocking experience. Tldr... don't buy it, it's awful and don't buy a mattress from Argos because if anything is wrong, they won't commit to the promises they make prior to purchasing.
