Big Buttons with Large Characters - A design with easy to read and press buttons that prevents misdials. Nuisance call block requires a Caller ID service subscription offered by your network provider. Charges may apply.
Automated Call Block: Filter unwanted calls before the phone rings. If the number is not stored in your phonebook, the caller will be asked to press a number before the call is connected. Calls from an automated source are disconnected before ringing.

Nice looking phone,, But.
I bought this phone on the 3rd Feb on the merit of the review. We needed an urgent replacement as we thought our exciting phone wasn't working. I set the phone up and it was a nice looking phone. I liked the fact the phone keys were large and clear. However, unbeknown to us at the time it was the land line was down again, and we were without it until the 15th Feb. I decided to keep it. I liked the frontage of the phone with the large buttons and lit up they are clear to see. Then I discovered the ring tone wasn't loud enough for us. Also I am not keen on the voice recording telling me the number of the incoming call. I thought someone was in the room with me, I was on my own! I must have missed that in the description of the features it offers. This phone isn't for us I am sorry to say. I am going to return it to Argos if I can. Hopefully for a refund or credit note. We are using the one we had which suits us much better and a louder volume. We got that from Argos not too long ago. I

Excellent phones with answering machine
My old phones needed replacing as the buttons were wearing out so I got these. We are with virgin and keep getting endless scam calls which we do not answer but they keep coming. Since getting these phones I have blocked several numbers and also blocked several phone codes that a lot of them are coming from; some are even coming from German codes!!! Other virgin customers are experiencing the same. Since getting these phones and blocking the numbers it has stopped 95% of the calls. We still get the odd one but can block up to 1000 nuisance numbers I would highly recommend these phones. They are easy to set up and use. Sound quality is excellent with volume adjustable. I always buy Panasonic. They last for years and are well worth the money. I would highly recommend these phones
