Big Buttons with Large Characters - A design with easy to read and press buttons that prevents misdials. Nuisance call block requires a Caller ID service subscription offered by your network provider. Charges may apply.
Automated Call Block: Filter unwanted calls before the phone rings. If the number is not stored in your phonebook, the caller will be asked to press a number before the call is connected. Calls from an automated source are disconnected before ringing.

Bought for my elderly Mother as a replacement for her old BT phone's she's very happy with these as they are very similar so easy enough for her to use and they have big buttons which is a bonus also as they are cordless it means that she will be able to go into the garden without any worries about missing any calls . Overall an excellent purchase.

Disappointed and returned
I bought the set of cordless phones for my elderly mother, unfortunately I have returned them. The power lead was too short to reach the socket without having the base unit placed on the edge of the table and the lead stretched across the wall instead of clipped along the skirting board. Also, the answer machine display is not clear enough. Finally, incoming calls from somebody in the address book are accompanied by an awful electronic voice that repeats 'name calling, name calling'. There is probably an option to turn thus off but I decided to return the phones before looking any further. On the plus side, the sound of the calls was clear and better on the old set of phones.

Excellent phone
A very good replacement for my previous phone. We particularly liked the audio caller ID. Would recommend to all,particularly those in the older age group. Volume options excellent and build quality excellent also.
